I have updated (to the best of my knowledge) the list of board members for WHMD under the Pages section to the right. You can get there directly by clicking here. Note that a lot of this information came from the official WHMD site (here), except the official site does not list all the board members, [...] WHMD will be instituting a rate increase for basic services next year. The official notice of this can be found here. A breakdown of the fee increase is as follows: Basic Service (Monthly) Service 2008 Rate 2009 Rate $ change % increase/decrease Water Usage/Leasing $57.33 $49.24 -$8.09 -14% Sewer $25.48 $27.39 +$1.91 +7% Parks & Recreation $44.59 $47.93 +$3.34 +7% Street Lighting $6.36 $6.84 +$0.48 +7% So, for filings 1-10: – The base monthly fee will go from $140.26 to $137.90 And for filing 11, Courtyards [...] I’ve posted a link to the WHMD Budget data (as posted on their website) — it’s in the links section, or you can click here.
