This is a fairly good document, overall — and (to me at least) lays out an achievable path forward. However, one of the lines on the last page is key, I think: How will success be measured? So, the good news: They acknowledge and confirm that they are no longer funding covenant enforcement. However, read on in the document…They then state Your Board of [...] Those of you that were in attendance at the District Board Meeting this last Thursday learned that the board decided to cease funding of covenant enforcement.
