Covenant Survey Results

If you recall, the district sent out a survey to those residents in filings 1-10, asking residents whether they wanted “covenants funded by fee and enforced by separate agency”. Filing 11 HOA Meeting, 27 October 2010

I attended the Filing 11 HOA meeting on Wednesday, 27 October.  The agenda covered items such as the 2011 Assessments, 2011 Budget, and the effort to update and modify the Filing 11 covenant documents.
