NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held on the 4^TH day of May, 2010, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At that time, 3 directors will be elected to serve 4-year terms and  1 director will be elected to serve a 2-year term.
