As I mentioned in this post, Ron Pace filed a motion seeking court costs from the district and Larry Bishop after the court found in his favor. The district filed a motion saying they didn’t have to pay, as they were immune (nice the way they set that up, huh?)
As ludicrous as that sounds, Pace & Co were undaunted — they then filed to have Larry Bishop held liable for court costs.
The court agreed. In an order released this week, the court ordered Larry Bishop to pay $2,948.75 to Ron Pace.

Good morning Hillers,
You need to make sure that this private debt it not paid for by the district.
Keith Moulton was at the district office after word came down.
The award is against Larry Bishop. As posted on my site as well as this site Larry reaped the benefits of getting free legal representation during the Trial. Larry was Pro Se.
He got to ride the coattails of our district. I calculated his portion at 31,000.00 according to the totals I have. Now here’s an interesting point.
The numbers you got for the trial didn’t pass the “sniff test”. They broke down the cost and Larry’s portion was not added to the total. Thus the low number you received was misleading.
Add Larry’s portion to the total $62,000 + $31,000 = 93,000.00. This is the reason we are being denied access to the legal bills. I can prove my point in about 4 minutes.
I am not attacking anyone, I am pointing out that Larry was defending himself and you paid for it.
The board gave Mr. Bishop superman-like reviews. (I will be asking about pay increases afforded at the next board meeting).
