The district will hold a special district board meeting on 27 January 2010, 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
As usual, they will go into executive session; however, this time it is for “personnel matters”…which means according to state law they must keep a recording of it, and the person(s) being discussed have the option of holding all discussions at an open board meeting.
If they are not discussing specific personnel, or are discussing elected officials, the meeting must be open pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(f)(II).
