So in reality it could cost over 500.000.00. Larry “never” has to seek further board input on this “operational matter” as Jan put it. Essentially; Larry can run the legal bill up to 1,000,000.00 dollars without any fear. The board in essence gave Larry “Carte Blanche” on this matter.
